电子发票上没有电子章可用吗
电子发票上没有电子章，这样的发票是不可以入账使用的。因为没有发票章，这个属于发票开具不符合规定，不符合规定的发票就不能入账核算的。单位取得的电子发票上没有电子章，需要退回对方重新开具有电子章的发票才是的。
